The Guidelines are:

• Use 25mm pipelines instead of 20mm to ensure better flow of water for faucets and 40mm pipelines instead of 32mm for Flush Valves
• lt is recommended to place the outlet point in the overhead tank at least 4 inches above the ground level of the tank this will avoid flow of foreign particles, sand etc. into the pipeline and also please clean the tank thoroughly before the supply starts. This will minimize the risk of damage to the working parts of the faucets
• lt is recommended that overhead tank must be cleaned regularly to avoid deposition of solid particles
• lay the pipelines straight and vertical as far as possible.
• Minimize the bends in the pipelines because more than required number of bends throttle the pressure of water
• All supply lines should have pipes to avoid air locking in the water supply to give a smooth flow of water from the fittings.
• Please test the working of all concealed fittings installed in a high pressure before plastering or fixing of tiles.
• Center to Center distance of pipe fitting for hot & cold inlet for all types of wall mounted mixers should be maintained at 165mm by which any of our wall mixer can be easily installed without any problem.
• Please clean the aerators on the faucet outlet at a regular interval to keep the foam flow of water perfect.
• Please protect the finish of faucets from dirt and other damages by covering them with cloth/polypack immediately after installation till they are actually used.
• Clean the faucets regularly with wet cotton cloth to maintain for years.
• Use chalk powder/diluted vinegar to remove scaling/stains.
• Please do not use strong detergents. harsh cleaning agents containing abrasives and acids as this may cause damage to the chrome finish.
